How do I know if a watch I purchased is authentic or not?

Our company is an authorized retailer and dealer. The watches we sell are 100% authentic and are obtained directly from the brand . However, please beware of purchasing from unauthorized watch dealers. To ensure authenticity, we recommend only purchasing through authorized channels. A list of brands that has given us authorization can be found here.

I live outside of Singapore. Does Watch Trend ship internationally?

Watch Trend is not authorized and permitted to sell outside of Singapore. If you are seeking to purchase a particular watch, but do not live in Singapore, please contact your nearest watch distributors.

Does Watch Trend purchase watches from external sources?

Watch Trend only accepts sales from authorized watch brands and companies. However, we provide watch trading services. If you would like to us to make an excpetion, contact us by clicking here.

Beware of purchasing from unauthorized Watch dealers. Fakes and counterfeits exist, so to ensure authenticity, we recommend only purchasing from authorized dealers.

NOTE: NO WARRANTY IS OFFERED ON WATCHES PURCHASED THROUGH UNAUTHORIZED DEALERS.

All of our watches from authorized dealers are covered with a warranty of 1-2 years following the international standard of the brand or company.

POLICIES

Defective Products

The company in which the timepiece is sent back to shall be the sole determiner of whether a product is in fact defective. If the watch is deemed to have been manufactured and is working within factory specifications, the customer will be charged for the inspection and transportation.

Defective products may only be returned within seven days of receiving your item. Once the product is received and inspected, a refund will be issued or a replacement product (based on availability) will be available for collection at our outlets.

Exchange and Trading Policy

Only new, unworn items are eligible for an exchange. Please contact our outlets for more details, as each exchange is dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

Our company accepts 1st and 2nd Hand Trade-Ins. Only undefective timepieces are eligible for trades.

Refund Policy

Items that are purchased can be refunded within 3 working days. A valid proof of purchase must be shown before a refund can be granted. No exceptions can be made if the item exceeds the given period.
